How do I pay?
All payments are made through M-Pesa Lipa na M-Pesa (STK Push). You'll receive a prompt on your phone to enter your PIN.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on the service level: Standard (3–5 days), Next Day, Express (priority), or Same Day in select urban zones. The booking flow shows an estimate.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Every shipment gets a unique tracking number. Use the Track page or the link sent by SMS to follow it in real time.
What can't I send?
Prohibited items such as illegal drugs, firearms, explosives and hazardous materials are not accepted.
